Pre-Christmas MOA visit

The other night we stoppped by Mall of America to check out the Christmas celebrations and do some shopping. We were immediately greeted by gospel singers at the very end of their Christmas concert. It was quite impressive, but unfortunately we only caught about 3 minutes of it. Hence the rather lacking picture. Sorry about that.

We also went to the"World's Largest Gingerbread House." While I spotted some wood and caulk, there were a significant number of gingerbread bricks... at least in appearance. I didn't perform a taste test. The place was also adorned with hundreds (thousands?) of salted nut rolls.

Inside the ginger bread house were many of Santa's workers, straight out of the "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" Christmas special.

So many details to check out...

Many happy entities.

Including these two.

I had never seen this scene in the mall before. I thought it was a cool shot. This was a hand held shot and I hope to go back and take this again with a tripod. I think I could get the colors much more vibrant and sharp. My next quest...
