Skyway 11/23/08

Yesterday we spent the day roaming the skyways in downtown Minneapolis. A few weeks ago I got to explore the skyways during my time on jury duty and wanted to go back with Hiroe. The skyways are packed during the week with all of the people who work downtown. On weekends it's quite a different story... very quiet. Most all of the Caribou coffee shops are closed. It is that quiet.

In the Crystal Court at the IDS Center they were setting up for Christmas.













But Hiroe was more interested in something else.

Back at home, he was in good enough mood to take a picture in his sailor's suit...

Cabin 11/08/08

We went to the cabin last weekend to relax a little. Junior got to spend some time with his cousin Sofia.


















And Sofia got to build a birdhouse with Grandpa.














And Grandpa got to spend some time with Junior.


















And Papa got to relax.
