From Hiroe's camera 9/13/08

So I have the late shift... letting Hiroe get some much needed sleep. Thought I'd post some pics off of her camera. This is a little more challenging because Junior only wants to sleep if he's being held. He's sleeping in my left arm and I'm typing with the right.

On to the pics. The other night we had our first family walk. Hiroe, me, Junior, Soba, and Gnocchi. The river road is right next to our house. I walk the dogs along this road almost every day. Today was family day.



























Later I worked on improving Junior's water skiing coordination.













Our puppies still get attention (when Junior is sleeping). Here's Gnocchi enjoying some grooming. He seems to like being upside down.

focus 09/10/2008

In portrait photography it's so important that the eyes are in focus. Tonight I was practicing proper focus techniques. Really. I was practicing focusing. The subject just happened to be Junior. Pure coincidence.

New Rug 09/01/08

So we bought a new rug for the living room since we're in that room most often now. Our puppies immediately claimed it as their own and designated it as the official party wrestling spot. Sigh.
